We currently ship to:
- United States (all states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Canada
- Selected international destinations (Europe, Asia, and Australia)

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.
- High-demand periods (holidays, special promotions) may cause slight processing delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on the destination, shipping method, and order size. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through our website or the shipping carrier’s tracking system.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country.
- These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
- Plustopix is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, Plustopix is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. We recommend selecting signature-required delivery for extra security.

8. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional reshipping costs.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some perfume ingredients are considered hazardous materials and may have shipping restrictions in certain regions.
